Position Title: Recruitment Consultant (Account Manager)
Location: Leeds City Centre
Reports To: Regional Director
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DoE)

_Position Overview: _
- Manage and grow a permanent desk within the FM and Maintenance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their resourcing needs are met.
- Pro actively identify and attract top talent in the industry.
- Contribute to our strategy of professionalising our pipeline with more permanent roles and white-collar contracts.
_Key Responsibilities: _
- Building an ongoing supplier relationship with key clients
- Identifying, generating and maintaining a pipeline of business within your market, both new and existing
- Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Resourcing for job vacancies
- Meeting with clients and candidates
- Writing job specifications
- Spotting opportunities for short, medium, and long term wins
- Maintaining a high-quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
