Role: Utilities Administrator
Location: Mill Hill, NW7
Hours: Full Time, Office based
Salary: £27K-£30K
UTILITIES ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This role is to join a thriving expanding property business.
Reporting to: Utilities Manager.
You would have had experience working in an office environment, where organisation, prioritising and managing deadlines were a key part of the role. You should have strong IT skills and must be comfortable with communicating both verbally and via email.
Utilities Administrator - Responsibilities
- Checking invoices are correctly received and if not, following up with suppliers
- Ensuring all invoices have been posted to their correct files
- Reviewing and querying invoices
- Liaising with other member of staff to facilitate their requirements with various companies
- Collate meter reads and update spreadsheets / internal App
