Legal PA - Private Client - £45k!
One of the most prestigious, leading private client law firms in the city seeks a Legal PA to support a Partner and various others.
Hybrid working: 1 day per week WFH
Hours: 9:30 - 5:30
Location: Walking distance of Liverpool St
The firm are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of Legal Secretary experience, ideally gained within Private Client or Family law.
You will be completing duties such as:
- Extensive diary management
- Creating/amending legal documents such as Wills, Letter of Wishes, LPAs, Trust documents, etc.
- Arranging meetings
- Audio/copy typing (Bighand)
- Updating files on case management system
- Opening new matters
- Organising seminars and client events
- Financial/billing support
