We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the South Birmingham area to complete Kitchen and Bathrooms for a well established housing association.This position is working on tenanted properties in the social housing sector.
As the Multi Trade Operative you will be responsible for:
- Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
- Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting
- Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
The successful Multi Trade Operative will:
- Will have their own van
- Have relevant social housing experience.
Some benefits the Multi Trade Operative will receive:
- £23-£24 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
- Weekly payments
- Rolling contract
