Our clients are looking for a lettings negotiator to join a highly successful and experienced team in West London.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the rental process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
- Assisting with negotiations between tenants and landlords, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
What we need in you:
