Property Administrator
Permanent, £23,000-25,000 per annum
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9-5PM

Sellick Partnership LTD is assisting a Lettings organisation based in Nottingham with the recruitment of a Property Administrator on a full time permanent basis
Duties of the Property Administrator may include:
- Troubleshooting property maintenance issues over the phone and via email
- Liaising between, Tenants, Contractors and Landlords to co-ordinate any issues
- Keeping a record and checking all necessary legal certificates are in place, including EPCs
- General data entry
- Assisting with tax such as filing and photocopying
Requirements for the Property Administrator:
- Ability to undertake a range of Administrative tasks
- Property/Construction/Lettings knowledge or willingness to learn about the sector
