Telesales Executive

Internal Sales Executive required for this friendly successful company.

Duties will include:

  • Offering a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
  • Following up cold and warm leads via outbound calling and emails.
  • Closing sales over the phone
  • Using own initiative to target new companies
  • Pro-actively calling businesses ( B to B sale)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Working to achieve monthly targets and company KPI's
  • Day to day account management
  • General Sales Admin

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Technically minded
  • Outbound calling/ cold calling experience
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
  • Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Results orientated
  • Good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as Microsoft outlook, Word , Excel and CRM software
  • Attention to detail
