Accounts Assistant
Warwick
£28k per annum + study support
Office-based Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting with a well established, Warwick based organisation to recruit for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful Accounts Assistant will be an integral part of their current team, in order to keep the companies finance function running efficiently.
Accounts Assistant Experience:
- Previous experience working within an Accounts team
- Previous experience of purchase and sales ledger
- The ability to reconcile accounts
- Good understanding of Excel
- Sage 50 experience would be nice but not essential
- Payroll experience would be nice but not essential
Key attributes needed:
- Ability to build relationships and is happy to work as part of a team
- Shows initiative and is happy to roll their sleeves up - can do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate others
- Happy to work across all areas of the office and support others when needed
- Attention to detail and someone who gets the job done
- Great communication skills
