Description
- Processing and issuing invoices to customers.
- Handling billing enquiries from clients and resolving them promptly.
- Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to rectify any billing errors.
- Keeping track of all transactions and updating customer files.
- Coordinating with the finance team to ensure all payments are made on time.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of billing processes.
Profile
A successful Invoice & Billing Team Member should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
