Role: Senior Estimator
Contracting Authority: Public Sector
Contract Length: 18 months
Location: Hybrid - Reading (3 days per week onsite)
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay rate: £61.76 per hour via Umbrella

Minimum Requirement:
- Active SC Clearance (no sponsorship available)
- Significant experience in an Estimator or Cost Planning role
- Experience of FEED (Front End Engineering Design)/ PPP (Pre Project Planning)
- Experience of cost management for design and build construction projects
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
- Chartered Quantity/Building Surveyor
- ACostE or RICS
