Trusted globally, they have over 50 years' experience designing, manufacturing, and installing Acoustic hardware on construction sites. This niche engineering company cover a diverse range of projects in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their head office in Hertford!
Role responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with current accounts.
- Engaging customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their project and specifications.
- Proactively generating leads through cold calls and networking.
- Following up on leads and referrals from the Sales Team.
- Identifying lucrative opportunities within target markets.
- Staying ahead of industry developments and motoring competitor positioning.
Ideal candidate will need:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Field sales experience, particularly in business-to-business sales.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment
- Knowledge of Acoustics, spanning product range and practical applications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
Company benefits:
- Between £35,000 and £45,000, based on experience.
