Data Entry Administrator

We are excited to be working exclusively with our client who is looking for a Data Entry Administrator. Working within a vibrant and friendly office environment in a busy role and with a company that offers progression. While your focus will be on data entry, your precision, initiative, and comfort with working with large amounts of data will be paramount.

As part of a team, duties will include:

  • Record and monitor stock movements.
  • Receive and log stock upon arrival.
  • Review purchase orders and finalize their associated costs.
  • Allocate stock to sales orders as required.
  • Execute stock transfers.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Address internal and external queries promptly.
  • Generate weekly reports.
  • Manage telephone communications during core business hours.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail and accuracy, be a confident communicator via email, telephone, and face-to-face, with previous experience gained with administration. Good Excel skills, along with general IT know-how, and ability to work to deadlines.

The role is based in a rural location which is not supported by a local bus route but is commutable by car or motorcycle from Towcester, Silverstone, Northampton, and Milton Keynes.

  • Salary £25,000 per annum
  • Hours of work 8.00am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 23 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.
