B2B PR Account Manager

Nottingham - flexible/hybrid working policy

£35000 upwards depending on skill set and experience

We are recruiting for a leading PR agency in Nottingham, with over 20 year's service and year-on-year growth.

If you are an experienced PR Account Manager with a great grasp of digital marketing looking to take the lead on a range of exciting range of clients in B2B then this could be an excellent opportunity for you. You will be leading and inspiring a team in this role, driving performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for team delivery of integrated communications programs for client accounts
  • Maintaining rigorous quality and control over work produced and delivery of client work
  • Managing and mentoring the junior support team, nurturing talent at the agency
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key contact for clients and journalists
  • Developing creative new ideas and strategies for clients and identifying opportunities to demonstrate new initiatives on their behalf.
  • Driving the digital delivery of the client's social media presence, providing innovative social media solutions and content, and monitoring relevant trends

We are looking for a PR professional with the following skills:

  • 4/5 years' hands-on experience in a PR agency environment, ideally B2B
  • Confident when pitching to media - understanding the media landscape and how to identify and deliver key stories and articles.
  • A strong handle on digital marketing including digital PR, social media, and the wider digital landscape
  • Assured when dealing with clients, both current and prospective
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing B2B PR campaigns for a range of clients across a variety of industries.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills along with an ability to build successful relationships at all levels
  • Understanding of how digital & social marketing fits within an integrated PR and marketing program
