Hours: Mon - Wed 08:45 to 14:30, Thurs 08:45 to 13:30
Contract: Term-time only, 22 hours per week, full academic year

Job Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role in Birmingham:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Special Education
- Demonstrable experience working with students with Autism and Down's Syndrome
- Ability to support students on a 1:2 basis, including supervision with personal hygiene when necessary
- Commitment to delivering individualised support and fostering a positive learning environment
- Reliability, positivity, and a solution-focused mindset
Role Overview: This role involves providing tailored support to students aged 14-25 with complex needs, working closely with a small group on a 1:2 basis.
