Personal specification:
- Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Relevant professional qualifications are would be advantageous (e.g., ARLA)
- IT literate
- Friendly personality
- Full UK driving licence
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £65,000 to £75,000! A company car will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week.
