Description

  • Performing routine machinery inspections and maintenance tasks.

  • Supporting the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Providing input into the development of preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Documenting all maintenance work for record-keeping purposes.
  • Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise performance.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Profile

A successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • Engineering qualification or experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Experience working on industrial equipment
  • Confident at mechanical maintenance
  • Working through mechanical drawings
  • Experience PPM schedules
