Brief Job Overview:
Our client is looking to grow their team with committed people to work with a Global customer account. The role itself encompasses managing main customer sites in London.
They are looking for a Workplace Services Technical Engineer to support over 1300 users. The role will involve dealing with fault calls, service requests and planned changes, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the customer's TechDeck. PC/Laptop builds, WIN10 OS configuration, O365, AD administration and some hardware repair.
This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
