This role reports to the Head of FP&A and will support finance business partnering to senior management across the central Services functions as well as their management teams.

Finance Business Partners provide solution-focused, professional advice and guidance to the organisation to ensure financial risk is mitigated and financial opportunity is taken in order to enable innovation and allow commercialism to flourish.
This role will have full ownership of Finance BP support for central and enabling functions across the group, which will include: People Team, Facilities, Finance, Legal & risk, Governance, Group Marketing, Executive and Corporate Comms. The role will also work closely with the Finance BP with responsibility for Technology and Product, offering support and cover as needed.
Profile
Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial control.
- Strong planning and analytical skills capability and experience.
- Solid business and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for building successful relationships within the business environment.
