HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £38k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a specialist Estate and Letting Agency with offices in the Bournemouth area and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Head of Property Management to look after and develop their Managed Residential portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm for Lettings in general, hardworking and determined; with a keen desire to be successful and want to be part of a highly focussed and efficient team.
You should have experience in Residential Lettings as a Property Manager and be ready to hit the ground running!
You will be responsible for all areas of the property management process from booking gas safety certificate and drawing up Tenancy Agreements to negotiating management fees and liaising with contractors so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to "muck in" with the day to day tasks.
The key to winning this role will be your ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Local knowledge will add to your appeal as a potential candidate.

ARLA preferred and supervisory skills and ability to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.
Skills: The skills required for this Head of Property Management role will include:
- Significant previous experience in Property Management
- Comprehensive supervisory level experience
- Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- ARLA or related qualification preferred
- Be able to direct, inspire and guide a team
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a full UK driving licence
