Role Overview
The firm are seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate for family law and a proven track record of successfully managing a varied caseload. You will be working with clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and prenuptial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on issues such as divorce, child arrangements, financial disputes, cohabitation agreements, and more.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
