Our long-term client, who specialise in the installation of vehicle safety and security products in Leeds, are currently looking to expand their team with a Planner who is able to work with the customer and the various teams across the business to help product installations happen as smoothly as possible. You don't necessarily need to have experience in a Planner role but you must been in a position where you've had to be extremely organised and managed multiple tasks at anyone time - you will be part of a team and business that can give you as much training, support and guidance needed.

Planner key responsibilities
- To assist in planning installations / projects ensuring timelines and deliverables
- To provide both in-house and external technical training as required
- Management of the engineers & subcontractors planning and delivery of installation and service work
- Manage remote teams and loan workers effectively
- Deal with client requirements in a fast and speedy manner
- Monitor work queues to ensure that all work is progressed to meet challenging scheduling targets
- Monitor customer requirements and negotiate demands
- Meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLA
- Prioritise a busy workload and deliver on service expectation
