  • Salary Range: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience

Reed are seeking a Centre Administrator to provide top-notch administrative support to the Centre Manager at our clients bustling retail site. This role is the backbone of their daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with tenants, contractors, and the public, and maintaining the highest level of service at all times.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage your own diary and arrange time appropriately.
  • Maintain an efficient electronic filing system, including document scanning, archiving, and saving to shared drives.
  • Conduct daily checks for site issues, liaising with security and the Centre Manager.
  • Answer phone calls and intercoms courteously, assisting with queries from clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • Be the public face of the Centre, providing excellent service to all visitors.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and facilities, including arranging refreshments.
  • Handle tenant queries and ensure up-to-date site information is presented.
  • Conduct daily cleaning inspections and liaise with the cleaning supervisor.
  • Process cleaners' timesheets and holiday requests, communicating any changes to the Centre Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional content is current on social media and the website.
  • Perform weekly tenant visits, monthly meter readings, and compile tenant trade reports.
  • Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, emailing, updating spreadsheets, taking minutes, and producing letters.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Centre Manager and Client.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using electronic filing systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
