We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join our Shipley Secondary School team. This full-time position starts in September and offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students who have Educational, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Requirements:
- **Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Strong ability to relate to and support SEN children.
- High standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Exceptional reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm.
- Good sense of humour and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Outstanding attendance and time-keeping record.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Provide support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational plans.
- Lead small group sessions covering a range of subject areas.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Ensure outstanding attendance and time-keeping records.
