This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT that is looking to secure their first English Teaching role for September 2024. You will be allocated your very own ECT Mentor that will guide and support you giving you the skills and confidence to succeed within your teaching career.
With a bespoke ECT induction programme, you will be well equipped to hit the ground running.
For our more experienced English Teachers, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities such as Subject Lead/ Year Group Lead and with a fantastic and supportive senior leadership team you will feel supported and valued from the moment you start.

Ideal candidate - you:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
- Have previous experience working across KS3/ 4
- Able to plan, prepare and deliver interactive and engaging lessons to the UK National Curriculum standard
- Hold a degree within English (Desirable)
- Have a passionate and enthusiastic approach
- Have good subject knowledge
- Able to engage the students within their lessons
