Role and Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Sales and Technical Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert assistance and support across a wide spectrum of pre-sales inquiries from end-users, sales and service representatives, and merchants, including technical guidance.
- Efficiently manage phone and email inquiries, addressing technical support needs, handling engineering queries, and responding to product inquiries.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all pre-sales processes and protocols.
- Issue quotations and diligently follow up on them.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base encompassing our commercial, domestic, and renewables product offerings.
- Support spare parts sales initiatives.
- Attend training sessions as required to stay current with our evolving product range.
- Assist in resolving inquiries related to warranties, commissioning, and follow up on complaints and concerns on behalf of our valued clients.
- Identify optimal solutions for end-users and effectively communicate them.
- Cultivate effective communication channels with clients and partners, nurturing long-term relationships that align with our business objectives.
- Continuously expand your expertise in technical specifications, product usage, and maintenance.
- Competently navigate and utilise various in-house systems, ensuring data accuracy and system currency.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and develop a comprehensive understanding of all roles within the organisation.
- Participate in promotional events as appropriate.
- Timely reporting to senior management when required, such as providing technical support information for site-related queries.

Skills & Person Specification:
- Demonstrable experience in engaging with end-users in a pre-sales/technical support environment.
- A natural forward planner, highly motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, displaying methodical and highly organised traits while maintaining clarity of thought.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SOP systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-relations skills.
- A strong desire to cultivate technical skills, with problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- A dynamic, proactive nature with a client-focused mindset.
- Precision in data entry skills, coupled with impeccable attention to detail.
