They are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join the conveyancing team and manage a caseload of residential property transactions sourced from local estate agents. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise closely with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive title checks and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Provide clear and timely advice to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records using our internal systems.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
