Job Description: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our clients and candidates by matching the right talent to the right opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, requiring you to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Candidate Sourcing:

  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network.

  • Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate's transition into new roles.

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to both clients and candidates.

  • Market Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

  • Contribute to the agency's thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, or speaking at events.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within a specialized sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
