Finance Manager | Manchester (1 day in office) | Transport | £50,000 + benefits
Job Overview:
I am excited to working alongside a long-term client who are looking to add a Finance Manager to their already established finance team.
This Finance Manager position holds a broad set of responsibilities, business partnering alongside key stakeholders, providing them with essential financial support and taking ownership over the management and financial reporting.
It is uncommon to get such a broad role at this level, whilst working for a big business. Salary: £48,000-£52,000
Location: Manchester, 4 days working at home, with 1 day a week onsite.
Main Duties:
- Provide accurate financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Produce management accounts and financial information.
- Lead cost efficiency initiatives, taking accountability for process improvement and change.
- Provide financial support for business decisions and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop medium-and long-term business plans.
Act as a business partner for the entities you have responsibility for.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience.
- Strong Excel capability.
- Excellent communicator.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
