Product Merchandiser - Luxury Watches

We are excited to be representing an incredible, Luxury watch brand known for it's unwavering dedication to quality and innovation, and for being at the forefront of Swiss watchmaking since the 1800's. We are actively seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join a small, friendly and professional Sales team to analyse sell out trends and further optimise the brand's commercial goals.

Role

Responsible for analysing sell out trends, inventory levels and generating stock model programmes for our multichannel business. Working closely with the Sales Administration manager on our stock intake to dovetail current demand in the market. This role will support our retail, wholesale & ecommerce operations to provide a "product view" on the shape of the business and be pivotal in driving stock efficiency for the brand and its partners. Collaborating with internal and external partners to further optimise our commercial goals.

The product merchandiser must have a strong analytical and detail mindset with a commercial outlook that will facilitate a forward-thinking view on trends in the market. Comprehensive excel capability and a logical approach to problem solving and systems is essential.

Key Duties

  • Analyse Sell Out Trends
  • Analyse Inventory Levels
  • Generate Stock Model Programmes
  • Work with Key Clients On Stock Core Range Models
  • Work with internal teams on stock purchasing, forecasting and budgets
  • Help optimise financial investment in subsidiary stock
  • Reports

o Produce weekly product sales data

o Detailed product performance charts

o Monthly Inventory reports

o Ad hoc reporting when required

Skills, Competencies and Proficiency

  • Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Proven Experience in similar role
  • Strong analytical skill with ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft excel/powerpoint
