The Role:

The Customer Care Executive role is a crucial role for my client, you will be responsible for keeping recruitment processes moving and providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates. You will be liaising with the wider team of recruitment consultants daily to keep informed on candidate and client progress and the new job roles that are coming in.

What you'll be doing:

  • Uploading new Candidates to CRM
  • CV formatting
  • Obtaining Candidates details
  • Liaising with Candidates and Clients to schedule interviews and pre-interview briefings
  • Sending out interview confirmation to clients
  • Checking in with candidates the day before and the day of their interviews
  • Ongoing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
  • Setting up client and candidate calls as part of their onboarding
  • Posting out a card and bottle as a congratulations to candidates in their first week

What we're looking for:

  • High energy and enthusiasm. This is going to be an incredibly busy role and would suit someone that enjoys working at a fast pace
  • Someone highly organised, you'll be spinning lots of plates and often having to re-prioritise
  • Ideally you'll have gained some commercial experience before however with the right attitude and transferable skills we would look outside of this!
  • Strong IT skills, ideally with some experience in Excel
