Your new role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Full administrative support to the business.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering calls and taking messages.
- Processing expenses.
- Sorting and distributing deliveries.
- Managing office equipment.
- Managing the filing system.
- Coordinating events
- Processing purchase orders.
- Organising travel and booking accommodation.
- General office duties and errands.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proactive, personable and have a 'can-do attitude'. The successful candidate will be organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will be a quick learner and can pick up new systems easily. You will have a confident and efficient communication style to enable effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
This role is paying £25,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience. Experience as an office administrator is essential, a competitive rate as well as the experience to develop your skills and gain relevant experience. This role is a permanent position, fully office based in Manchester city centre.
