The duties of the Sales Assistant:
- Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills.
- Handling customer queries and complaints with a professional attitude.
- Actively promoting products and seasonal lines in-store.
- Assisting with visual merchandising duties, deliveries and stock taking.
- Maintaining the store to a high standard.
Experience needed:
- Any Customer Service experience is considered, retail experience is hugely beneficial.
- You'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking.
- Work well within a team and confidently independently.
- Be able to adapt per customer and their needs.
