About The Company:

Job: Receptionist
Salary: £23,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Main Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and offices
  • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
  • Maintain tidy and presentable reception area and office/kitchens
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Support in resolving outstanding queries
  • Maintain office security and control access
  • Order office supplies, equipment, and refreshments
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and book meeting rooms
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Perform additional clerical duties as needed

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
