Marketing & BD Operations & Systems Coordinator - 6 Month FTC
We're proud to be working with a renowned international law firm, currently looking for a M&BD Operations & Systems Coordinator to join their impressive and dynamic Marketing & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing workload across the team, and monitoring delivery KPIs
- Allocating tickets/tasks for incoming work, balancing this work well across the team, based on capacity/capabilities.
- Leading on complex requests and challenging projects
- Advising Head of/Manager on system/process improvements and implementing relevant changes
- Liaising closely with stakeholders on tasks to effectively manage expectations
- Researching and drafting business summaries using research tools/data systems
- Comparative analysis of directory rankings annually
- Updating pitch tracking data to allow accuracy in diversity data
- Drafting social media posts and share queues
- Completing research on client relationships and companies/market segments
- Updating marketing materials
- Accessing/redrafting content for marketing documents
- Creating & sending newsletters or events
- Building mailings lists
- Tracking content or data
- Generating reports
- Editing and sharing video content
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a law firm is highly desirable
- Extensive user support experience, including building strong relationships with your team and M&BD colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
