Credit Controller - Property

The role: Provide effective credit control, supporting the efficient and timely collection of occupier charges for your allocated Clients.
**Duties:
- Collection of outstanding monies due, including rent and service charges from tenants
- Working with your client Lead to understand and work towards the client's arrears strategy
- Engage and communicate with tenants displaying exceptional service both verbally and in writing build relationships
- Monitoring and reporting of all arrears and payment plans
- Compile and present Aged Debts and Collection Performance reports
- Working with the Cashiering team to identify tenant income and unallocated cash items
- Maintain accurate records including the Property Management Systems
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance whilst also adhering to RICS and ISO standards .
Requirements:
- Prior Credit Control experience in property
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Have used a large property management systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
