Job Title: Machine Operative
Location: Basildon
Salary: £14.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45 AM - 15:45 PM
Job Description:
- Loading items into machines according to specific guidelines.
- Removing finished items from machines while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Monitoring machine operations to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines as necessary.
- Following safety protocols and adhering to company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with machines in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and common sense in daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
