Role Overview:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, delivering a professional, flexible, and responsive service to both landlords and tenants. This role requires an individual who thrives under pressure, excels in conflict resolution, and is committed to delivering high standards of customer service.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

- Extensive knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation.
- High level of maintenance and contractor knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Genuine interest in property and people.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a challenging, multifaceted workload.
- Strong initiative and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in IT and administration.
- Strong relationship and rapport-building skills.
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent.
- Experience using Fixflo is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years in Lettings and 2 years in Property Management.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 ARLA award is desirable.
- A full driving licence and own transport are essential.
