We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our fantastic schools in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Our schools provide excellent learning environments where you will feel supported by a dedicated consultant and a strong Senior Leadership Team (SLT) including a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo).
What we are looking for:
- Experience working with children with SEND
- A good sense of humour to create a positive and engaging atmosphere
- Proven behaviour management strategies
- Excellent use of initiative to adapt and respond to the needs of the classroom
- A supportive and understanding nature to cater to different children's needs and learning styles
