Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate data to deliver insights that support Total Reward, HR, and the broader business.
- Assist with pay review processes, including validating data and ensuring data integrity.
- Maintain and update the company's job architecture on an ongoing basis.
- Complete salary survey submissions and provide benchmarking data to support compensation decisions.
- Support the preparation of disclosures related to gender pay gap and equal pay reporting.
- Maintain and update core employee data for benefits and bonus schemes.
- Contribute to Total Reward projects that drive continuous improvement in alignment with our people agenda.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Total Reward team, HR team, and managers with general queries.
Location: This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel (approximately once a month) to London and Maidenhead offices.
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR or Reward role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
