The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to help drive financial and commercial strategies forward. This is an exciting time to join an organisation who have forecast to double their revenue in the next 5 years. They also have a strong recent track record of internal promotion and would look for this role to develop into Finance Director over the next 18 months.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a team of three finance professionals
- Contributing to the overall business strategy, objectives, and business plan
- Providing financial support in areas such as cash management, profitability, and investment
- Presenting financial information to various stakeholders and conducting detailed variance analysis
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts, annual financial reporting, and audit requirements
- Producing weekly, monthly, and annual cash forecasts
- Developing and managing five-year plans, annual budgets, and monthly rolling 12-month forecasts
