They are experts in Interior Design consultancy. Prioritizing collaboration, they engage closely with clients to fully understand their specific needs and objectives, ensuring that every project is custom-tailored to achieve its goals. Their extensive portfolio features a wide array of projects, being specialist in the hospitality sector as well as projects in the retail and leisure sectors. They have cultivated a friendly and social culture which offers excellent support for professional development and career progression. With a number of exciting upcoming projects, they are seeking a passionate Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative and successful team in Warwickshire

The Successful Middle Weight Designer will have sufficient post qualification experience on interior design projects with experience on commercial fit outs and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Middle Weight Designer:

  • Substantial post qualification experience
  • Working alongside / supporting the Design Manager
  • Boast design flare and attentiveness to detail
  • Well versed in the Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proven record working on commercial fit outs
  • Demonstrate a thorough grasp of aesthetics and a competent application of interior colour schemes to create exceptional interior environments.
  • Knowledge of spatial planning as well as MEP construction methods and processes
  • Substantial project management experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines
  • Assist with managing other interior designers for design issues and solutions
  • Overseeing drawing packages
  • Assisting with client presentations
  • Experience working in a UK Interior Design / Architectural Practice
  • Strong time management and organisational; skills
