Hi-Ab Driver
Permanent Position
GI Group are currently recruiting for a Class 2 driver who will be delivering to building & construction sites , 4-5 drops per day but could be various and within 50 miles radius.
This is a permanent position after 16 weeks working though GI Group (Agency)
The Pay rates with the agency are as follows:
Standard pay is £14.38 per hour - this includes holiday pay per hour (advanced holiday pay - you will still accrue your days) with overtime paid after 41.50 hours £21.58 per hour.
Annual salary after the temp to perm duration is circa £31,000.
Hi-Ab certificate is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
Class 2 qualifying criteria;
- Class 2 HGV licence - with a minimum of 24 months experience in the UK
- You Must understand working time directive and driver rules
- You must have full in-date CPC and Digi-Tachograph
- General haulage duties, working to deadlines.
- You will not be considered if you have more than 6 points on your licence (No DR, DD or IN
codes)
- Over 30 years old (for Insurance Purposes)
