Job Description:
Our client global Technology organisation is seeking experienced SAP Project Managers to join the team and contribute to a large-scale SAP transformation programme. As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex SAP projects, specifically within the ECC and FICO domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, and manage project resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SAP.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- FICO experience is a plus.
