Senior Operations Manager
£65000-70,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established membership firm in the Finance sector and has an extremely innovative and collaborative culture. .
A newly created role has arisen, working as a right-hand support to the COO, and working on strategic direction of the office operations.
You will manage a small team and work across the following remit:
- IT MSP, Cyber and digital project management;
- facilities and office management
- sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers;
- ensuring compliance with current H&S legislation;
- working on many operational projects such as AI roll out, cyber security, office move and intranet implementation.
This Operations manager will be a personable, proactive team manager with a drive to deliver outcomes, bringing lots of ideas to the organisation and drive change. You should have a willingness to roll your sleeves up to get involved where needed.
You will be a strong influencer with lots of gravitas and commercial acumen to get Board level buy-in. Experience with all of the above projects is essential.
Salary is dependent on experience.
