This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder with a passion for educating young minds and proven experience in UK classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum for Year 5 students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
Implement strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools, specifically in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Strong classroom management skills with a focus on positive behaviour management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
Safeguarding certificate (can complete during application process)
