Venn Group is currently working with leading Housing Association who is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team and develop the transactional and financial accounting teams.
Job title: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £65,000 - £68,000 pa
Duties:
- Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast and deliver to the senior management team
- Produce timely monthly management accounts
- Work collaboratively with the Financial Services Manager and produce annual statutory accounts
- Submit timely submissions to the Regulator and lender as well as any other statutory bodies
- Continuously develop systems and procedures to add to the success of the business
Experience required:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience gained from the housing sector
