As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, with a particular focus on high-value properties, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a track record of managing a varied caseload. You will have a deep understanding of the complexities associated with high-value transactions and the nuances of leasehold and new build conveyancing. A commitment to providing tailored services to meet individual client needs is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
You will ideally have 5 years plus PQE.
