You will play a key role in providing financial administration support to paraplanners and advisers for this fast growing company. The firm has a very ambitious growth target and have created lots of new roles recently to support with this growth.
This newly created IFA Administrator role will offer the successful candidate a great place to work at a very exciting time.
Description
On a day to day basis, you will be play a key role in a team providing support for other senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Processing new business
- Preparing client reviews pre and post meeting
- Processing all new client documentation and amendments
- Administering of client accounts
- Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
- General record keeping and filing
- New business and account administration
- Preparing for client meetings and producing client advice review documents
- Liaising with stakeholders internally and third party providers
Profile
The successful IFA Administrator must have:
- Similar experience in an IFA / financial planning firm
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally have worked in a financial services environment
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
- Flexible and willing to support junior/senior members of the team
- Strong desire to learn and progress
