Your new company
A well-established family-owned logistics business based in Accrington are actively recruiting on a permanent full-time basis. Due to company expansion this company are now actively searching for a well-rounded administrator, whose behaviour reflects the company values and represent the company in a positive manner, working in accordance with company policy and procedures at all times.This role is Monday to Thursday 9am - 4:45pm and Fridays 9am - 3pm with an hour's lunch break, working a total of 35 hours per week and offers flexible working hours if required.

Your new role
As Office Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations by managing tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, organising meetings, reception duties and processing deliveries. You will also assist with data entry, report generation and general office support which also includes raising invoices and supporting the accounts team with admin.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administration skills and must have a positive and polite customer service attitude towards customers and clients. Along with excellent organisational skills, the ability to use own initiative and to work autonomously and a good understanding of IT systems.Excellent customer service is also required, along with clear communication skills, both verbally and written. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to work well within a team environment.
