**Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Manage daily financial operations, including overseeing accounts payable and receivable to maintain smooth financial transactions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights that will aid strategic decision-making across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, enhancing overall business performance.

- Provide support to the Finance Director on various ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification, demonstrating a commitment to achieving full qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality financial information.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to lead from the front and enjoy being hands on.
